1.High chromium alloy cast iron: has good wear resistance and corrosion resistance, high hardness, can effectively resist the wear of solid particles. Suitable for conveying high concentration and high hardness slurry.
2.Rubber: has good wear resistance and corrosion resistance, can effectively reduce the noise and vibration of the pump. Suitable for conveying slurry containing corrosive media, such as acid and alkali solution.
3.Polyurethane: has high wear resistance and corrosion resistance, suitable for conveying high concentration, high hardness slurry, with a long service life.
In addition, the material of the slurry pump impeller also includes Cr26 material (high chromium alloy material), which is usually used for desulfurization and other projects. Other metal materials such as A07, A49 and A05 also have their own characteristics, A07 material has a strong abrasion resistance, suitable for strong abrasive conditions; A49 material has high chromium alloy wear resistance and good corrosion resistance, especially suitable for a variety of working conditions such as metallurgy, power plants, coal mines, etc. A05 material price is more civilian, wear resistance is better, a wide range of applications. The corrosion resistance of rubber is better than that of metal flow parts, and it is suitable for particles containing solid particles in the slurry and smooth and without sharp corners.
