Component Inspection before Assembly
Appearance Inspection: Conduct appearance inspection of all components to ensure that there are no defects such as knocks, scratches, sand holes, etc.Check whether the pump body, impeller, shaft, bearings, seals, etc. are intact.
Model checking: Check the model and specification of each component to ensure that they are exactly the same as the customized requirements to avoid misassembly.
Cleaning treatment: Use professional cleaning equipment and cleaning agents to thoroughly clean all parts and remove oil, dust and residue on the surface to ensure the accuracy and solidity of the parts during assembly.

Bearing Installation: Install the bearings according to the assembly standard to ensure the fit with the shaft and avoid loosening or over tightening.
Radial runout and axial runout detection: After the shaft assembly is completed, use a percentage meter to measure the radial runout and axial runout of the shaft to ensure that they are within the allowable range.For those out of range, require reassembly or adjustment.

Impeller Concentricity Inspection: When installing the impeller, make sure it is concentric with the pump shaft to reduce the vibration caused by eccentricity.
Dynamic balance test: The impeller is tested for dynamic balance by dynamic balance tester to ensure that the impeller rotates smoothly at high speed and avoid unnecessary wear.

Seal Type Confirmation: According to the design requirements of the pump, install appropriate seals (e.g. packing seals, mechanical seals, impeller) to ensure the sealing effect.
Leakage test: After seal assembly, conduct preliminary leakage test to confirm the tightness of sealing parts.

Assembly of pump body and pump cover: Fix the pump body and pump cover in place to ensure that they fit tightly without loosening or misalignment.
Appearance Inspection: After assembly is complete, check the appearance of the pump to ensure that all parts have been installed in place, with no omissions, errors or duplicate installations.

Gauge Inspection: Use calipers, percent gauges, plug gauges and other gauges to test the assembly dimensions of each component to ensure that each component meets the design dimensions and fit requirements.
