Features

Principle
The vertical slurry pump consists of a pump body, a bearing seat, and a solid connection impeller at the lower end of the vertical shaft that rotates in a rolling bearing. The two ends of the bearing seat are compressed by glands and rolling bearings, and the lubricating oil of the bearing must be sealed to prevent leakage. The pump body is equipped with a motor support and a motor. The impeller rotates in the pump chamber through the V-belt rotating, and the slurry is compressed by the pressure of the impeller. Out. In order to prevent ore from penetrating into the bearing, a centrifugal wheel is installed on the main shaft.
Application
Vertical slurry pumps are mainly used to transport mud, mortar, ore slurry and similar liquids containing suspended solid particles. Such as oil drilling mud purification system, concentrator conveying concentrate slurry, tailings, slime, etc. It is suitable for conveying abrasive or corrosive slurries in various mining, chemical, electric power, building materials, agriculture and other industries.
Vertical pumps, also called submerged slurry pumps, are long-axis submersible pumps that can be immersed in the liquid to work, and can work normally under conditions of insufficient suction, and they can be idling. It is suitable for conveying the slurry in the pond below the ground.
Starting method
The vertical submerged slurry pump does not need to be started up by reverse irrigation. The impeller is located underwater and the suction performance is better. Therefore, it can use a higher speed and can work normally under the conditions of insufficient suction.
Installation area
The vertical submersible slurry pump has a small footprint and is light in weight. If the unit of the slurry pump uses a limited area, the vertical submerged slurry pump can be selected appropriately.
