CNSME®Slurry Pump Grease Retainer
The Grease Retainer, also called cage, exists to keep the rolling elements at a certain distance without rubbing against each other. The Grease Retainer of the cage keeps the appropriate distance between the rolling elements and prevents direct contact between adjacent rolling elements, so as to keep friction and heat generation at a minimum level. The rolling elements are evenly distributed throughout the periphery, providing uniform load distribution and quietness. Constant-speed operation guides the rolling elements in the no-load area, improves the rolling conditions in the bearings, and prevents destructive sliding. Separated bearings keep the rolling elements when a bearing ring is removed during installation or disassembly .
