2QV-AF froth pump, widely used in metallurgy, coal, chemical industry and other industrial sectors.It is suitable for conveying abrasive and corrosive slurry containing froth, and this series of pumps can effectively eliminate the froth in the slurry when working.It can still work normally in the case of insufficient feeding especially suitable for various flotation process, which is an ideal product for conveying froth slurry.
Structure
The AF series froth pump has a simple structure, a high degree of universality, and is easy to install and use.
1.Transmission Part: The transmission part of this type of pump is the same as SP and SPR series slag slurry.The bearing housing is equipped with a motor seat or electrode frame, that is, direct transmission can be used, and the belt can be conveniently replaced to change the speed of the pump to meet the changes in working conditions.
2.Steel structure of vertical tank, and is equipped with a tangent entrance and an overflow nozzle. The overflow nozzle can conveniently send the excess incoming materials back to the tank. The tangent entrance can quickly enter the pump and eliminates some froth.
3.Pump Head: Double casings structure the pump head. Wet-end parts are metal lined, rubber lined or of other non-metallic material according to the different slurries.
